Bacon Brussels Sprouts

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Stir together syrup, brown sugar, and pepper. Cut bacon slices in half crosswise and brush each with syrup mixture. Wrap syrup side of bacon around brussels, and place, seam side down on a wire rack over a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Brush tops of wrapped brussels with any remaining syrup mixture. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
