Bison Burger Sliders


1 pound ground buffalo
1 Tbsp. sage, chopped
1 ½ tsp. garlic, finely chopped
½ tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
2 slices cheddar cheese

  1. Place ground buffalo, sage, garlic, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Combine thoroughly. Divide mixture evenly and make 6 patties.
  2. Put on grill and cook for 5 minutes; flip, cook for another 3 minutes. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each burger to melt for an additional 2 minutes.
  3. Take burgers off grill and dress to your liking.
