Peach Dutch Baby


2 eggs
½ cup milk
½ tsp. vanilla
Zest of one lemon
½ cup flour
Pinch of salt
¼ tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. butter, for pan
1 fresh peaches, sliced

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add 2 Tbsp. butter to skillet and melt.
  3. Add batter to skillet.
  4. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Top with peach slices and powdered sugar.
