Sparkling Mint Julep


3-4 oz. 14 Hands Brut
1 oz. Bourbon or Cognac
1⁄2 oz. simple syrup
1⁄2 oz. lemon juice
Dash of bitters
4-6 mint leaves
Crushed Ice

  1. Muddle the mint leaves, bourbon, and simple syrup in an open cocktail shaker.
  2. Strain the muddled liquid from the cocktail shaker into a glass.
  3. Add 14 Hands Brut and the dash of bitters.
  4. Top off with a mint sprig and crushed ice.
  5. Serve and enjoy.
