Wine Club FAQs
When you join, your credit card will be billed for the current shipment. Thereafter, your credit card will be billed just prior to each wine shipment.
Online Orders
Visit our website and log in as a club member to receive your 20% discount. To create an account, visit the “Sign In” tab, enter your email address and click “Reset Password.” Next, click “Send Verification Code.” Upon receiving the code, follow the directions to access your club member account.
Before Each Shipment
We will contact you via email prior to your club release with information regarding your wine selection, a special upgrade offer, prices and a deadline for account changes. Once the deadline passes, we cannot change your address or credit card information, or stop your shipment.
Changes to your Account
You can reach your Cellar 14 Concierge Team at 800.301.0773 between 9:00am – 5:00pm, daily or by email at orders@14hands.com to update your account information. For your security, we ask that you do not send credit card information via email.
Shipping Details
If you opt to have your club selections shipped to you, they will be sent via UPS through $5 ground or $14 second day air. A tracking number will be sent to you by email once the wines have shipped. Wine deliveries must be signed for by a recipient 21 years or older.
Wine Club Pick Up Reminder
We allow you three months from your release date to pick up your wine. We do not have the space to hold previous club selections, therefore we ask that you abide by this policy and come see us in this time frame. If you are unable to visit us within the three-month time frame, please call our Concierge Team at 800.301.0773.
If you do not contact us after the three months, we will donate your wines to our Charitable Donations Program which emphasis funding priorities in the following areas:

Culinary and Visual Arts
Community Service
Diversity
Environment/Sustainability
Gift Memberships
Gift memberships remain active until you notify our Concierge Team that you would like to cancel.

Membership Cancellation
This wine club membership is continuous until cancelled. There is no fee to cancel or minimum number of shipments to cancel. Your credit card will be billed automatically for the retail price of the wines (less club discount) plus shipping and any applicable taxes and fees. Prices are subject to change. Members may cancel at any time without further obligation except for wines shipped prior to receipt of your notice of cancellation. Shipping charges will apply if the wine is returned.
